Mighty Mint

MintOriginally POP Flex
Unbranded pod kit with the ingredients that make up Mighty Mint

The name does most of the explaining. Mighty Mint was the POP Flex range's answer for people who wanted their mint as cold and strong as it gets.

The archived POP Vapor UK listing for Mighty Mint did not include tasting notes. It shared the same short device description as the rest of the POP Flex range. So the flavour description here is based on the name and on how strong mint vapes generally taste, not on a recipe we have seen.

Strong mint vapes start with a bold peppermint that hits quickly on the inhale. Sweetness is low, sometimes almost absent. The exhale is where these flavours earn their names: a deep, lingering cold that you feel in your throat and across your tongue for a few seconds afterwards.

Mint like this tends to suit people who used to smoke menthol cigarettes, and anyone who wants a vape that tastes clean and never cloying. If you find fruit flavours too sugary, a strong mint is the opposite end of the scale.

The POP Flex version

According to the old product page, Mighty Mint was a POP Flex disposable with no buttons or settings, up to 600 puffs per device and 2% salt nicotine (20mg/ml). There was nothing about liquid volume or battery capacity.

Single-use vapes have been banned from sale in the UK since 1 June 2025, and the POP Flex range was discontinued.

Strong mint, pod style

Menthol and strong mint are some of the easiest flavours to find in pods. Nearly every brand makes one.

Prefilled pod systems give you the disposable feel without the waste. The battery is rechargeable, and the pods are sealed, pre-filled and swapped when empty. UK rules cap each pod at 2ml. IVG and Lost Mary both make menthol pods that suit someone coming from a strong mint.

Refillable pod kits let you fill your own pod from a 10ml bottle. This opens up a huge range of mints and menthols, plus the choice of strength. The UK legal maximum is 20mg/ml, the same as the POP Flex. With a very cold flavour, some people find 10mg/ml easier on the throat while still giving them enough nicotine.

One more thing. Strong menthol tends to make a pod kit feel harsher than the same liquid in a basic disposable. If it feels too much, open the airflow a little before you write the flavour off.

Another well-stocked menthol pod, on Lost Mary's larger-capacity system.

Questions people ask

How is Mighty Mint different from Cool Mint?

The POP listings did not give tasting notes for either, so this is based on the names. Mighty suggests the stronger, colder end of mint, closer to pure menthol, while cool mint is usually a balanced peppermint.

Why does a strong mint feel harsh at first?

Heavy cooling plus 20mg/ml nic salt can feel sharp in the throat. That usually eases after a few days, or you can drop to a lower strength.

Can a mint this cold mask other flavours?

Yes. If you swap from a strong menthol to a fruit pod, give it a few puffs. Your taste needs a moment to adjust after very cold vapes.
