Spearmint (POP Stix)

There were two spearmint products on the old POP Vapor UK site, one in each disposable range. This page covers the POP Stix version, the one with an actual spec on its listing.

Smooth, sweet, easy

Spearmint is the gentle mint. The inhale has a light sweetness and a rounded mint taste, closer to spearmint gum than to strong peppermint. The exhale is fresh but not freezing. It leaves your mouth feeling clean without the numbing cold of a menthol.

That makes it one of the most versatile flavours there is. It works first thing in the morning and after a meal, and it does not wear on you the way very sweet flavours can. If you never liked menthol, this is the mint to try.

POP Stix Spearmint

The archived product page lists Spearmint in POP Vapor UK's POP Stix range. It describes a simple disposable with no buttons or settings, up to 600 puffs per device and 2% salt nicotine, which is 20mg/ml. The page did not include liquid volume or battery capacity.

Disposable vapes have been banned from sale in the UK since 1 June 2025. The POP Stix range is discontinued, and this site does not sell vapes.

Moving to a spearmint pod

Spearmint is about as easy to replace as it gets. Most major pod brands carry it, and there are two ways to go.

Prefilled pods are the closest thing to the POP Stix. You buy a rechargeable battery and then buy pods that come pre-filled with spearmint. When one runs dry, you click in another. Elf Bar sells spearmint pods for its rechargeable 600-style device, which is similar in size and draw to a small disposable. All UK pods are limited to 2ml.

Refillable pods need a bit more effort but cost less to run. You fill the pod from a 10ml bottle of spearmint nic salt and pick your own strength. The UK maximum is 20mg/ml, the same as the POP Stix.

If you vape a lot, it is worth trying 10mg/ml after a couple of weeks on a pod kit. Many people find a refillable kit hits harder per puff than a small disposable did, so they need less nicotine to feel satisfied.
